I’m a Celebrity 2019: Line-up rumours, start date and all you need to know

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! is back for another series as it has been confirmed to return to our screens later this year.

However, show bosses are keeping tight-lipped about the latest line-up for the popular ITV series.

While we know it will be filmed in the Australian jungle, the 2019 cast has yet to be announced.

  • When does I’m A Celebrity 2019 start?

The start date for series 19 has yet to be announced, but is expected to return in November.

  • Who will host I’m A Celebrity 2019?

Holly Willoughby stood in for Ant McPartlin last year for series 18.

Ant is confirmed to return to the show this year alongside his co-host Dec Donnelly.

Joel said: “So excited to be heading back to the jungle this year – this time with a new bunch of amigos.

“I can’t wait to show Emily around and keep reminding Adam that I beat him in 2016. It’s such a huge privilege to do this show and I truly love it. I can’t wait to find out who we are watching!”

Emily said: “I’m thrilled that I get to make more amazing memories in a place that means so much to me.

“I’ve loved working with Joel on Singletown, we’re like brother and sister, and Adam has got such amazing energy. The three of us are going to have the best time ever!”

Adam said: “I can’t believe that I’m heading back to the jungle, this is something I never saw coming my way!

“I’m so excited to be reunited with my campmate Joel and to also work alongside Emily. We’re going to have so much fun… just keep me away from those spiders!”

  • Is there a trailer for the upcoming series?

The first trailer will air on October 12 and feature Ant and Dec lost at sea.

Ulrika has appeared on Dancing on Ice, Big Brother and Celebrity MasterChef, with early reports suggesting she could be heading to Australia for the show.

Addressing the reports, Ulrika said: “Yes the rumour made its way to me as well, and my kids were really excited and I said, ‘Couldn’t I do something like Strictly?’

“And they went, ‘No, that’s for old people’, which is rude. But no, I don’t know anything about the jungle, hate to dispel that myth.”

“She had conversations last year about taking part but said, ‘Thanks, but no thanks’.

“This year, she told them she feels the timing is right. Bosses are delighted to have her on board and are sure she will be a big hit with fans at home and her campmates.”

Lucy previously told the Daily Star: “I think I’d be good at the jungle. I like to challenge myself and that’s the most challenging show you can do,” she told the Daily Star last year.”
